Tonight, the House of Representatives voted unanimously to pass H.R.1781, the Payment Commission Data Act, legislation introduced by Reps. Tom O'Halleran (D-Az.), Earl L. "Buddy" Carter (R-Ga.), Tom Rice (R-Sc.), and Jimmy Panetta (D-Ca.) to increase transparency in the drug pricing system.
