WASHINGTON, Oct. 25 -- Rep. Jim Langevin, D-Rhode Island, chairman of the House Armed Services subcommittee on Intelligence and Emerging Threats and Capabilities, issued the following statement regarding the Defense Department's Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure contract award announcement:
