WASHINGTON, Oct. 28 -- Rep. Michael Burgess, R-Texas, Republican leader of the House Energy and Commerce Committee's subcommittee on Health, issued the following statement on the announcement of Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, to retire at the end of the 116th Congress:
