WASHINGTON, Oct. 27 -- Rep. Lee Zeldin, R-New York, a ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee's subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, issued the following statement on the death of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi as a result of a U.S. special forces operation:
