PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, Oct. 28 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Scott W. Brady, issued the following news release:
A Greensburg physician pleaded guilty in federal to three counts of distribution of buprenorphine, a Schedule III controlled substance, outside the usual course of professional practice; one count of health care fraud; and one count of money laundering, United States Attorney Scott W.
