WASHINGTON, Oct. 28 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement after Ranking Member Greg Walden, R-Oregon, announced that he will retire from the House at the end of the 116th Congress:
