LIVONIA, Michigan, Oct. 25 -- The House Science, Space and Technology subcommittee on Research and Technology issued the following testimony by full committee Chairwoman Eddie Bernice Johnson, D-Texas, at a field hearing entitled "Smart Mobility: It's a Community Issue":
