WASHINGTON, Oct. 25 -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued the following event notification (No. 54351) involving the South Texas power reactor in Texas:
VALID UNDER VOLTAGE ACTUATION DURING EDG SEQUENCER MAINTENANCE
"On October 24, 2019, at 2051 Central Time, while performing Train C Sequencer maintenance, a valid under voltage actuation signal was sent to Unit 2 Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) 23. The ESF Train C bus loads were shed but EDG 23 did not autom . . .
