SPIG S.p.A. (SPIG), a subsidiary of Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc., has completed a cooling tower upgrade project at Bell Bay, Tasmania, a production facility owned by Tasmanian Electro Metallurgical Company (TEMCO).
