SULPHUR, Oklahoma, Oct. 23 -- The Chickasaw Nation, a federally-recognized Native American tribe, issued the following news release:
The sun maintained its summer heat as stickball teams and fans from Oklahoma, Texas and Mississippi gathered at the Chickasaw Cultural Center for the inaugural Chickasaw Annual Meeting and Festival 12 on 12 coed stickball tournament.
