WASHINGTON, Oct. 23 -- The House Transportation and Infrastructure subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment issued the following testimony by Dennis McLerran, ex-regional administrator for the Environmental Protection Agency Region 10, at a hearing entitled "Pebble Mine Project: Process and Potential Impacts":
