NEW YORK, Oct. 22 -- The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation issued the following news release:
NYC Parks Commissioner Mitchell J. Silver, FAICP, today joined State Assembly Member Michael Benedetto, City Council Member Mark Gjonaj, Parks Chair for Community Board 10 Terence Franklin, and members of the community to officially break ground on the new Ferry Point Park Waterfront Path and Salt Water Marsh.
