PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island, Oct. 22 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is inviting a total of 38 projects in 18 states to apply for Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) loans.
