WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, ranking Republican member of the House Veterans' Affairs Committee, issued the following statement after speaking on the House floor encouraging veterans to participate in the Library of Congress' Veterans History Project:
