Rep. Engel Issues Floor Remarks Calling for Accountability for Bytyqi Brothers

WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 -- Rep. Eliot L. Engel, D-New York, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following floor remarks in support of a resolution (H.Con.Res.32) expressing the sense of Congress regarding murders of U.S. citizens Ylli, Agron and Mehmet Bytyqi in Serbia in July 1999:
