AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 22 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Michael Ball and Robert "Rob" Hamilton Walls, Jr. and reappointed David Corpus to the Teacher Retirement System (TRS) of Texas Board of Trustees for terms set to expire on August 31, 2025. The TRS Board of Trustees manages retirement and other benefits for teachers and employees of the state's public schools and institutions of higher education.
