SYRACUSE, New York, Oct. 22 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Farm Service Agency - New York Field Office issued the following news release:
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Farm Service Agency (FSA) in New York is processing $1,103,187 in Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) and Price Loss Coverage (PLC) payments for the 2018 crop year. Additionally, New York FSA will distribute $2,146,822 in Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) rental payments to landowners to support voluntary . . .
