BRONX, New York, Oct. 21 -- Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. issued the following news release:

Today, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. joined The Bronx Tourism Council, at Joyce Kilmer Park, to encourage registration for the 25th Annual "Tour de Bronx," the largest free bicycling event in New York State.
