FAYETTEVILLE, North Carolina, Oct. 21 -- Cumberland County issued the following news release:
County Manager Amy Cannon updated the Cumberland County Board of Commissioners on a proposed five-year school funding agreement Oct. 21 during the board's regular meeting. County management and the Cumberland County Schools Superintendent met in August and September to develop a proposed agreement that both staffs could support and recommend to their boards.
