AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 21 -- The Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association issued the following news release:
The Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association (SMACNA) today announced Carmen Koo, president of Applied Air Conditioning, Inc., as the Contractor Legislative Advocate of the Year at its 76th Annual Convention in Austin, Texas. The annual award is the highest legislative honor a contractor may earn within the association.
