JUBA, SOUTH SUDAN/NEW YORK -- Severe flooding has left thousands of people stranded in inaccessible areas of eastern and northeastern South Sudan, halting medical care in some facilities and worsening an already precarious humanitarian situation, the international medical humanitarian organization Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) said today.
