LAKEWOOD, Colorado, Oct. 21 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Mountain Regional Field Office issued the following news release:
Arizona dairy herds produced 1.08 billion pounds of milk during the July - September quarter, down 4.7 percent from the previous year.
Colorado dairy herds produced 1.22 billion pounds of milk during the July - September quarter, up 5.1 percent from the previous year.
