LUFKIN, Texas, Oct. 21 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following remarks:
Governor Greg Abbott today delivered remarks at the grand opening of Sterling's TerraLam(R) Cross-Laminated Timber mat manufacturing facility in Lufkin.
