NEW YORK, Oct. 17 -- The New York University School of Law issued the following news:
On September 9th, the Federal Republic of Germany appointed Professor Franco Ferrari to the panel of arbitrators of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). Ferrari is director of NYU Law's Center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration and Commercial Law (CTLACL).
