NEW YORK, Oct. 18 -- The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene issued the following news release:

- Tomorrow, the Health Department will host the first of two free community events where youth can learn about the harms of menthol and e-cigarettes through games, music, spoken word, healthy snacks, and giveaways.
