WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement after congratulating Dobyns-Bennett High School teacher Kristina Krautkremer for receiving a Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching:
