PENDLETON, Oregon, Oct. 17 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's U.S. Forest Service unit - Umatilla National Forest - issued the following news release:
The Walla Walla Ranger District of the Umatilla National Forest is seeking public comment on the proposed Elbow Insect and Disease project (Elbow Project), located approximately nine miles west of Troy, Oregon. The Forest Service will be accepting written comments on this categorically excluded action until Nov. 18, 2019.
