NEW YORK, Oct. 17 -- PEN America issued the following statement by Risk Programs Director Karin Karlekar in response to Rouhollah Zam, an exiled Iranian dissident journalist, has been arrested by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in what the IRGC referred to as a "sophisticated and professional operation" to "guide" him into the country:
