ALBANY, New York, Oct. 17 -- The New York State Homes and Community Renewal issued the following news:
New York State Homes and Community Renewal Commissioner RuthAnne Visnauskas today announced the completion of a $10.7 million rehabilitation of the Walnut Hill Apartments in the village on Penn Yan. The project preserved affordability for 59 existing apartments and included the new construction of an additional two-story building with eight apartments.
