ALBANY, New York, Oct. 17 -- The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance issued the following news release:
The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, along with U.S. Department of Homeland Security Investigations--Newark Office, today announced felony charges against three Staten Island residents after executing seven search warrants on October 8.
