U.S. Senators John Cornyn (R-TX) and Ted Cruz (R-TX) released the following statements after the Senate confirmed Charles Eskridge to fill a judicial vacancy on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas in Houston. Upon his confirmation, just one federal judicial vacancy remains in Texas.
