ORLANDO, Florida, Oct. 17 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
Charlotte County will receive nearly $1.3 million in federal grant money to purchase 14 stationary and 10 portable emergency generators to help keep the county sewage system operational during emergencies.
