WASHINGTON, Oct. 17 -- House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Maryland, issued the following statement after the House Energy and Commerce and the Education and Labor committees marked up and passed the Lower Drug Costs Now Act (H.R. 3), and the House Ways and Means Committee held a hearing on the legislation:
