WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 -- The Federal Communications Commission issued the following statement by Commissioner Brendan Carr on the announcement that the South Dakota Board of Technical Education has approved the creation of the Wireless Infrastructure Technician Certification program at the Southeast Technical Institute in South Dakota in partnership with VikorTeleconstruction:
