MIAMI, Florida, Oct. 16 -- Holland and Knight, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Holland & Knight represented Castle Brands Inc. (previously NYSE American: ROX) in its $223 million sale to a subsidiary of Pernod Ricard, the global French wines and spirits producer (Euronext: RI), through a cash tender offer followed by a short-form cash merger.
As a result of the tender offer and merger, Castle Brands became an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Pernod . . .
