WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 -- Rep. Jim Langevin, D-Rhode Island, chairman of the House Armed Services subcommittee on Intelligence, Emerging Threats and Capabilities, issued the following statement on House passage of a bipartisan resolution (H.J.Res. 77) opposing President Trump's decision to allow Turkey to conduct military operations in northern Syria:
