WATERBURY, Connecticut, Oct. 16 -- Rep. Jahana Hayes, D-Connecticut, issued the following statement after the Central Connecticut State University released documents showcasing almost a decade's worth of investigations into alleged sexual misconduct:
"I am deeply troubled by the information contained in the released CCSU report and my heart breaks for the victims.
"Sexual harassment has no place anywhere in our society, and particularly not in places of learni . . .
