WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, ranking Republican member of the House Veterans' Affairs Committee, issued the following statement after the full committee marked up six bills to support student veterans, assist homeless veterans facing legal challenges and increase quality and transparency across the Veterans Affairs Department:
