AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 16 -- The Houston Airport System issued the following news release:
Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner and Houston Airport System (HAS) Director Mario Diaz signed a memorandum of understanding Oct. 8, with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), forging a public outreach campaign to combat human trafficking through a program called Blue Lightning Initiative (BLI).
