ALBANY, New York, Oct. 17 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following statement directing the Hate Crimes Task Force to assist in the investigation of a swastika painted at Nissequogue River State Park in Suffolk County:
"On Tuesday evening, a night watchman found a swastika spray painted on a building at Nissequogue River State Park in Suffolk County, the second time this hateful symbol was found there just this week.
"I am absolutely disgusted not . . .
