BLOOMFIELD, New Jersey, Oct. 15 -- The House Science, Space and Technology subcommittee on Investigations and Oversight issued the following testimony by Nutley Mayor Joseph P. Scarpelli at a field hearing entitled "Addressing the Lead Crisis through Innovation & Technology":
