WASHINGTON, Oct. 15 -- Rep. Tom O'Halleran, D-Arizona, issued the following statement in response to President Trump's decision to pull back U.S. troops in Syria despite knowledge of Turkey's planned operation into the area:
"Defense decisions such as these are extremely serious and have the power to negatively affect innocent lives and the balance of our geopolitical relationships; they should be approached carefully and with input from our military experts and intelligence co . . .
