The National Audubon Society - Connecticut Chapter of Southbury, Connecticut, is seeking to modify the Audubon Connecticut In-Lieu Fee (ILF) Program Instrument with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District with the addition of seven individual projects.
