LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Oct. 15 -- The Arkansas Department of Agriculture issued the following news release:
Governor Asa Hutchinson proclaimed October as Arkansas Farm to School Month during the Farm to School Celebration held at the Arkansas State Capitol on October 15.
