GOLD BEACH, Oregon, Oct. 15 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's U.S. Forest Service unit - Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest - issued the following news release:
In an effort to provide increased public service, the Gold Beach Ranger District is now allowing permitted firewood cutting of conifers in the Sudden Oak Death (SOD) quarantine area.
