WASHINGTON, Oct. 11 -- The Young Invincibles, a non-profit, issued the following statement by Erin Hemlin, director of health policy and advocacy:

Earlier today, a New York federal court granted a preliminary injunction blocking the Trump Administration's public charge rule from taking effect.
