MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma, Oct. 11 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Oklahoma issued the following news release:
The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Jason Lyle Mooneyham, age 48, of Paris, Texas, was sentenced to 5 years of probation and ordered to pay $14,000 in restitution for one count of Theft from Indian Gaming Establishments in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1167(b).
