WASHINGTON, Oct. 11 -- Sen. Edward J. Markey, D-Massachusetts, issued the following joint statement with Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Connecticut, after the Joint Authorities Technical Review released its report on the two Boeing 737 MAX aircraft crashes that caused death of 346 people:
