WASHINGTON, Oct. 11 -- Sen. Christopher Murphy, D-Connecticut, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following statement after the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to Abiy Ahmed, the prime minister of Ethiopia:
