WASHINGTON, Oct. 11 -- The National Health Law Program issued the following news release:

Earlier today a three judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia heard oral arguments in two related cases concerning the Trump administration's approval of restrictive Medicaid waiver projects, which among other things, condition Medicaid coverage on compliance with work requirements.
